Old Share Certificates

Biossol SA was listed for trading on the Athens Stock Exchange on August 30, 1972. The listing price was 625 drachmas and 219,240 common shares were listed. Then, in 1973, Preference Shares were issued without voting rights. In 1989, the form and shape of the shares changed, and in 1992 the existing shares were canceled and new securities issued with special features that prevent them from being duplicated or forged and ensured the security of transactions. In 1995 the shares of the company were converted from anonymous to registered and replaced by registered depository certificates. In 1999, the depository certificates were withdrawn and from that date on shares exist only in electronic form.
